Program description

The Project includes the construction of approximately six miles of new fourth track on the CSX Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Potomac Subdivision, primarily on the east side of the right-of-way.

Eligibility

Only the Virginia Passenger Rail Authority (VPRA) is eligible to apply.
